Tasks

Lead a cross-functional engineering team building our broker portal and real estate platform.
Drive the design, review and delivery of features and improvements that span Salesforce and custom-built services build on Python, Node and React
Mentor and coach engineers, supporting their professional growth and fostering a culture of learning and excellence.
Champion the use of AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT) to boost team productivity and quality.
Collaborate with product managers and designers to define technical solutions and align with business goals.
Set clear development goals, timelines, and ensure high-quality delivery.
Stay hands-on in coding, reviews, and architecture decisions to ensure strong technical direction.
Promote engineering best practices: testing, CI/CD, security, performance, and documentation.
Drive continuous improvement in team processes, collaboration, and knowledge sharing.

Job requirements

5+ years of professional experience in software engineering with at least 2 years in a leadership or team lead role.
Degree in Computer Science or a related field from a reputable university.
Fluent English (written and spoken). Strong communication skills, able to work closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong technical skills in either Salesforce (Apex, Lightning Web Components, APIs, data model, platform configuration) or a modern full stack (React/Next.js, modern JavaScript/TypeScript Node.js, Java, Python), ideally both
Demonstrated ability to mentor, grow, and develop engineers, building high-performing teams.
Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and practical experience integrating them into daily workflows.
Proven experience working in agile, cross-functional teams.
Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a focus on delivery and continuous improvement.
Positions is remote with 2x year travel required
