Tasks

Own the AI and automation evolution of our Salesforce-based Service Portal, ensuring operational workflows are scalable, reliable, and system-driven.
Identify and implement efficiency improvements by designing and deploying automation and agentic AI workflows using n8n, Gemini, and Salesforce Flows.
Translate operational needs into Salesforce-native solutions.
Own the full Product Owner lifecycle: discovery, prioritization, backlog management, sprint delivery, validation, and continuous optimization.
Use data to measure impact and guide decision-making.
Establish scalable automation standards and governance.

Job requirements

5+ years of relevant experience in Product Management, Software Engineering, Automation Engineering, or similar technical roles.
Strong technical foundation (Computer Science / Engineering degree or equivalent hands-on experience).
Proven hands-on experience building and deploying agentic or AI-driven workflows in production environments, ideally in Google Workspace Studio.
Strong practical experience implementing cross-system automation using platforms such as n8n, Salesforce Flows, or comparable orchestration tools.
Practical understanding of agile delivery practices (Scrum or similar).
Ability to independently identify high-impact opportunities and implement solutions end-to-end.
Excellent communication skills, with experience working closely with business stakeholders and developers.
Experience working in remote, international environments.
Fluent English (spoken and written).
