Tasks

You independently take responsibility for the rental and sale of properties.
You are responsible for property viewings, contract negotiations, and handovers.
You conduct property market valuations.
You acquire and support new clients.
You manage existing clients.
You serve as the point of contact in the housing ecosystem (financing, retirement planning, etc.).

Job requirements

Several years of experience as a real estate agent
Proven track record
Comprehensive knowledge of the real estate market
Knowledge in the financing sector is advantageous
Respectful and professional communication with clients
You bring a sense of ownership, willingness to perform, and a structured approach to work
Courteous, flexible, always eager to learn, and motivated personality with a digital affinity
You are communicative and outgoing
Excellent verbal and written German skills are mandatory
Valid driver's license Category B is required
Own vehicle ideally available
Work location + within a radius of 30km
