Tasks
  • Rental applications: Checking rental applications in German, English, French and Italian, including obtaining references and document checks over the phone. 
  • Customer service: Supporting the customer hotline, processing inquiries, managing search subscriptions and ensuring a first-class customer experience. 
  • Listings: Assisting in the listing and de-listing process, working closely with brokers.  
  • Quality Management: Monitoring customer satisfaction (NPS), performing quality checks and quality measurements, and reporting KPIs accordingly. 
  • Fleet management: Organization and coordination of all fleet management tasks, including fuel card management, arranging service appointments and contact with the leasing partner. 
  • Administrative activities: Responsible for mail, managing mail inboxes, orders and other organizational office management tasks.
  • Evaluations: Monitoring customer reviews.

Job requirements
  • Commercial degree or comparable qualification (business school)
  • At least two years of professional experience in a commercial function  
  • Friendly and competent demeanor as well as a high degree of integrity and trustworthiness  
  • Salesforce knowledge an advantage. 
  • Fluent written and spoken German (C2) and English (C1)
  • French or Italian as an additional language at least at level C1 
  • Flexible, resilient, willing to learn and motivated personality
  • Enjoy telephone contact
  • Independent and structured way of working, as well as a high degree of accuracy
