Aufgaben

Identify and implement concrete measures to increase efficiency in day-to-day operations
Take responsibility for the continuous development, standardisation and digitalisation of operational end-to-end processes, optimise recurring workflows and implement AI-driven solutions
Oversee quality assurance and ensure the structured handling of customer requests
Prepare reports, analyses and KPI evaluations to steer and manage the team
Actively use CRM and AI tools in daily operational work
Take responsibility for accounts receivable management, including monitoring outstanding invoices and incoming payments
Oversee invoice controlling and dispatch
Full responsibility for fleet management and administration of camera equipment
Handle correspondence in German, French and Italian
Work closely with the Sales team

Job Anforderungen

Completed Bachelor’s degree or Advanced Federal Diploma (HF) in Business Administration, Management or a comparable field
Initial professional experience in administration, finance, operations or customer services is an advantage
Proven experience in implementing projects and processes (CRM systems, automation and AI tools required)
Structured, reliable and solution-oriented working style
Italian and French at conversational level (mandatory)
All-rounder personality with a strong hands-on mentality
High level of initiative, energy and resilience
Ability to take on leadership responsibility independently while actively supporting brokers from the backoffice
