Aufgaben
  • Deputy Team Lead Backoffice: Technical/Operational leadership and coordination of the team, as well as support for daily operations.
  • Reporting & Key Figures/KPIs: Creation of reports and analyses to support the Team Lead.
  • Accounts Receivable Management & Invoicing: Management of outstanding items/accounts, monitoring of incoming payments, and the creation, dispatch, and follow-up of invoices.
  • Fleet Management: Administration and coordination of the company's vehicle pool and cameras.
  • Real Estate Listings: Uploading, maintenance, and quality assurance of real estate listings on relevant portals.
  • Office management: Responsibility for overall office organization, including mail, general administrative processes, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Correspondence: Responsibility for internal and external written communication with the sales team.

Job Anforderungen

Technical requirements:

  • A completed Bachelor's degree or an Advanced Federal Diploma (HF) in Business Administration, Management, or a comparable field of study is advantageous.
  • Initial professional experience in administration, finance, operations, or customer services is an advantage.
  • Structured, reliable, and solution-oriented approach to work.

Language requirements:

  • Confident command of German and English
  • Conversational Italian and French – essential
